We keep place settings for 20. Coffee maker, espresso maker, mixing bowls, (10) 2 blenders, juicer, coffee grinder, steamer, 5 frying pans, 6 pots, large and small platters, tea kettle, roating pan and several baking pans and oven ware for the double oven. We supply up about 40 various fresh spices, salt, pepper, sugar and splenda, various fresh tea bags, coffee filters. There is a large drawer full of cooking utensils including pizza knife, garlic press, measuring utensils, salad service, ladles, knife sets and 18 steak knives. (just to mention a few) We also keep a couple rolls of paper towel, napkins and plastic and foil wrap supplies.
Outdoor Features Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: Propane stainless steel grill outside on patio just steps from the kitchen is great to grill on while taking in the views.

The beach is 3/4 mile from the property. You can hear the ocean and the waves crashing on the beach as you sit in the back yard.

Golf Course View: You can see Sea Pines Golf course and Morro Bay State Park Golf Course from the house. It is a distant view but just a few minutes from the house. Sea Pines is 1/2 mile away and Morro Bay Golf course is 4.5 miles.
